What we do

At My Property and Home we are not afraid of a challenge, having undertaken projects of all sizes, from minor works to new builds. We carefully select our investments based on capital growth, potential yield and rental demand to realise maximum revenue returns, and only work with trusted tradespeople.

To date, we have delivered renovations on multiple properties, from a lick of paint right through to complete renovations and floor plan reconfigurations. We've also completed new build projects, working with award-winning architects and trusted contractors to build a new home from scratch. So whatever size the project, we're confident we can create a great property and wonderful home.

Success Stories

Our most recent New-Build project in Plaistow, 'Salmen House', was nominated for several awards, including being a Finalist in The Architects' Journal "Small Projects" Awards.

The project has also been featured in several leading publications and online articles, including: the RIBA Journal, Architect’s Journal, Grand Designs, Evening Standard, Financial Times, City AM​ and many more.

The property also regularly features in London’s Open House programme.
