Who are we?

Founded in 2016, My Property and Home is a dynamic and growing property development company that focuses on delivering rental income and capital growth. Operating primarily in East London, we build and develop properties in strong growth areas that have seen a high rental demand, allowing us to add significant value and realise above-market price increases. Our aim is to transform tired and unloved properties into modern sustainable housing solutions that yield excellent returns for our investors.

What do we do?

All of our properties are managed by our experienced team and we also look after other people's properties in our lettings side of the business. We build great relationships with our tenants, with open communication. We utilise technology to keep in touch with tenants, easily arrange maintenance, and generally make renting stress-free so they can enjoy their homes.

 

Why invest with us?

We really crunch our numbers to get the best out of a project, and work with investors to provide low-risk, high-return opportunities. We've built up our portfolio from minor renovations to new builds and complete refurbishments. Through this experience, we have developed a good team, refined processes and had continued success for the company.
